三、应聘资格

1. “千人计划”学者及“长江学者”讲座教授要求在国外著名高校、科研院所、国际知名企业担任正教授或相当职务，年龄50岁以下, 最大不超过55岁。国际著名大学的年轻副教授（年龄不超过40岁）也可考虑。

2. 成绩突出的助理教授也可申请“长江学者”特聘教授或校讲座教授。

 

四、应聘条件

1. 在科学研究方面取得国内外同行公认的重要成就，近5年在重要核心刊物上发表具有重要影响的学术论文；或获得国际重要科技奖项或掌握重要实验技能、科学工程建设关键技术。

2. “千人计划”学者和“长江学者”特聘教授每年在国内工作原则上不少于9个月，特殊情况不低于6个月。“长江学者”讲座教授每年在国内工作不低于3个月。

3. “千人计划”学者需在申请获得批准后半年内到岗工作。

 

五、待遇

1. 基本生活待遇按华东理工大学“华东理工大学海内外英才招聘”计划标准(http://personnel.ecust.edu.cn/s/6/t/4/2f/74/info12148.htm)执行，特殊情况可以面洽。

2. 生物反应器工程国家重点实验室将在学校资助的基础上，给予引进杰出人才额外的配套研究启动经费：“千人计划”学者每年200万，资助三年；“长江学者”特聘教授：每年100万，资助三年；“长江学者”讲座教授：每年30万，资助三年。

3. 适合管理者可以兼任华东理工大学生物工程学院副院长或生物反应器工程国家重点实验室副主任职务。

East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) is one of the key universities of Ministry of Education of China. The State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering (SKLBE) was initiated in 1989, authorized in 1995, and formally went into operation in 1996 under the authorization of Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST). SKLBE received the “qualification” evaluation twice in 2001 and 2006 from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. The research areas include Bioreaction and Biomolecular Engineering, Bioprocess and Bioproduct Engineering, and Bioassay and Biosystems Engineering. The research activity focuses on the dynamics, optimization, scale-up, and system regulation of biomanufacturing and biotransformation processes in various bioreactors. The purpose is to scale-up lab-scale processes to industrial scales, or to improve the production efficiency of the existing bioprocesses.

(1) “Qianren Program” Professors: Full professors or equivalent in the internationally famous universities, research organizations, and companies.

(2) “Changjiang Program” Chair Professors, and Visiting Professors: Full, Associate or Assistant professors or equivalent in the internationally famous universities, research organizations, and companies.

 

(1) The candidates should meet at least one requirement: (1) Published eminent research papers in the world top-class journals and received the high evaluation in the international academic field (for academic candidates); (2) Received worldwide important awards, or hold the important how-knows in the experimental/engineering fields.

(2) The working time in SKLBE is 9 months annually for “Qianren Program” and “Changjiang Program” Chair Professors and 3 months annually for “Changjiang Program” Visiting Professors.

“Qianren Program” Professors should come to SKLBE/ECUST within 6 months after the application is approved formally.

(2) SKLBE will provide additional funds for the positions:

“Qianren Program” Professor: 2 million RMB annually for three years;

“Changjiang Program” Chair Professor: 1 million RMB annually for three years;

“Changjiang Program” Visiting Professor: 0.3 million RMB annually for three years.

(3) The candidates interested in management activities could serve as the Deputy Dean of the School of Biotechnology, ECUST; or Deputy Director of SKLBE.
